Room 1 Our Garden Suite. This is a beautiful and spacious superior four poster suite, oversized superking, Large bathroom with large bath and body shower over. The room has a north african feel with French doors leading onto it's own private terrace with space for sunbathing and al fresco meals and offering glorious views of the rear gardens and sea.

Room 2 - Horsley Suite
Room 2 is the Horsley Suite, named after John Callcott Horsley, best known as the designer of the first Christmas card, who's home this became in the mid-nineteen century. (You can read more about this here). Located on the first floor, this spacious superior suite offers glorious views of the rear gardens and sea.
Room 3
Room 3: A spacious room with large bay windows and sea and garden views. This room has a large antique sleigh bed and William Morris wallpaper, with two separate bathroom areas, one with a bath, walk-in shower and twin sinks and a separate toilet and handbasin.
Room 4
Room 4: A traditional four poster room with large south facing bay windows overlooking the grounds and coast. The bathroom boasts a roll-top bath with handheld shower and twin sinks.
Room 5
Room 5 A twin or double Superior room with an Art Deco feel looking over the surrounding countryside to Lyme Bay.
Room 6
Room 6 A very good size room Superking size bed or twin beds and boasts a very large bathroom with roll top bath, walk in Shower, bidet and twin basins. The benefit of a private balcony looking out over the surrounding countryside and sea views toward Exmouth over Lyme Bay. Summer months have smaller views due to leaves does retain views never the less.
Room 7
Room 7: A romantic hideaway inspired by William Morris tucked up in the eves of the hotel with sectioned off sitting area and a quirky bathroom with roll top bath and walk-in shower. This room has sea and garden views from both areas.
Room 8
Room 9
Room 9 A cosy yet reasonable sized room with twin beds, bathroom with corner bath and body shower over. Has views of the country side and sea beyond. A room full of character with gables. Because of the position of the gables this room works best as a twin room. There is some head room restriction along the east wall.
Room 10
Room 10: A Gable room of nice size and good head room with a rather whistful feel and a terrace balcony overlooking the countryside with sea views to exmouth over Lyme Bay. This room has a corner bath in the bathroom with hand held shower but no higher level body shower.
Room 11
Room 11 A cosy quirky, smaller but none the less adaquate sized double room. Double size bed, and the advantage of an outside space in the form of a terrace with some country views from it. This room is in the eves of the hotel with a writing desk and a bathroom with a body shower over bath.
Considered to be one of the finest in the south!
